DESCRIPTION
The Project Management Workshop by Chaperone will focus on strategies and tools to guide scientists in their daily management of scientific projects. Through individual and group activities, the workshop will address topics such as the project management cycle, how to define goals and key results, contingency planning and also useful project management software. This 2-hour workshop will be led by Chaperone.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This workshop is intended for PhD students and young researchers (postdoc level). The workshop is open to members of PhasAGE consortium institutions with a limitation of 15 attendees to maximize the workshop learning.
Participants will be selected based on their motivation statement and will receive a certificate of attendance.
