DESCRIPTION
The PhasAGE consortium invites you to participate in the I PhasAGE International Conference “Phase Transitions in Aging and Age-related Diseases” that will be held online from 12 to 14 October 2021.
The conference will bring together members of the PhasAGE consortium and external speakers showcasing high impact achievements in the field of liquid-liquid phase separation in aging and late-onset diseases.
The scientific program includes a scientific symposium organized by the group of early stage researchers. Young researchers and junior postdocs will have access to a workshop in alternative careers in science.

alternative careers in science & round-table
This workshop is intended for early stage researchers and postdocs willing to explore alternative careers in science. The invited speakers will show their career paths and share important tips for researchers to engage into alternative careers in science after doing a PhD. In the end, a round-table will promote interaction between speakers and attendees. The workshop is limited to 25 participants that will be selected based on a short motivation statement.

Registered participants will receive the full program with information and links to access the zoom meeting rooms one week prior to the event.
The PhasAGE Consortium offers 5 registration fees for residents of least developed countries (List of LDC); select this option in the registration form to apply for this exemption and you will receive information prior payment deadline.

The PhasAGE consortium welcomes all the participants to submit an abstract to present their work as a short talk or an e-poster. The scientific committee will review the abstracts and select those for short talks and e-posters.
Please download the available abstract template. Submit the abstract in the original .docx format, without figures and using Arial font size 10 pts.
PhasAGE will offer the registration fee to MSc and PhD students and junior postdocs (PhD < 5 years) with selected abstracts for the short talks and poster presentations (first authors only).
