The PhaAGE Training and Mentoring Programme aims to enhance the scientific international profile of the Early Stage Researchers and junior postdocs participating in PhasAGE. PhasAGE will capacitate young researchers with competitive tools and resources to face challenges in their careers in academia and/or industry through the implementation of a Career Development Program.

A series of career development workshops will help young researchers to recognize, develop and apply their transferable soft skills in planning their own career. The program will also include workshops tailored to promote their competitiveness in research funding applications and enhance their capability to benchmark the scientific outputs and communicate science for different stakeholders.
