Great News! The applications for the fourth PhasAGE Training School are now open!
The PhasAGE consortium welcomes all the participants for another edition of the PhasAGE Training School with the theme “Protein aggregation, intrinsic disorder and phase separation in the era of machine learning”. This 5-day advanced training course will take place once again at i3S in Porto (Portugal) from 17 to 21 April 2023.
Participants will receive multidisciplinary training on computational and experimental tools to acquire comprehensive knowledge of integrative methodologies for studying intrinsically disordered proteins and protein aggregation in cell biology and disease. The program integrates hands-on practical sessions with theoretical lectures by leading experts from within and beyond the consortium.
By coordinating back-to-back with the ML4NGP-IDPfun Training School, the attendees from PhasAGE Training School will have access to open shared lectures from leading academics working on the development of computational tools and resources for protein structure prediction. Participants from both courses will attend the same social event and course dinner facilitating the engagement of all trainees and instructors.
The program also includes career development talks on open science, research integrity, and alternative career paths in scientific research to help early-stage researchers maximize their professional potential.
Once again, we have high expectations for another successful edition of the PhasAGE Training School and we are aiming to keep the excellent standards from the previous courses by creating the best learning atmosphere.
